The FX City promotes transparency by giving individuals and corporates greater ability to share and follow. Achieving these principles should be constrained only by limitations of law, technology, and evolving social norms.
Freedom to Share and Connect
Members are free to post, share whatever in the FX world.
Ownership and Control of Information
Member should own their information. They should have the freedom to share it with anyone they want and take it with them anywhere they want, including removing it from FX City Service. Members should have the freedom to decide with whom they will share their information, and to set privacy controls to protect those choices. Those controls, however, are not capable of limiting how those who have received information may use it, particularly outside The FX City Service.
Free Flow of Information
People should have the freedom to access all of the information made available to them by others. People should also have practical tools that make it easy, quick, and efficient to share and access this information.
Every Person - whether individual or a corporate - should have representation and access to distribution and information within FX City Service. There should be a single set of principles, rights, and responsibilities that should apply to all People using FX City Service.
Members should have the freedom to build trust and reputation through their identity and connections, and should not have their presence on The FX City Service removed for reasons other than those described in The FX City's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
Members should be able to use The FX City for free to establish a presence, connect with others, and share information with them. Every Person should be able to use The FX City Service.
The FX City should publicly make available information about its purpose, plans, policies, and operations. The FX City should have a process of notice and comment to provide transparency and encourage input on amendments to these Principles or to the Rights and Responsibilities.
The FX City has the right to reject or delete an already accepted Event from the events calendar. The owner of the event will be notified once a change has occurred on the event submitted.
Payments and Prices
The FX City has the right to change the payments criteria in terms of payment gateways and prices upon the needs. Existing customers for any of the services they subscribed before the change may not be affected of the changes in terms of the prices only but might be affected in terms of payment gateways.

The FX City is not responsible for any missing or old information posted about any company. All the companies added to our directory were notified about their listing. Any company has the right to request disabling their listing.
The FX City has the right to change the terms of the website without any notice.
